White distilled vinegar

Vinegar made from distilled alcohol. It is clear acetic acid and water with no other flavour. Table strength is about 5 % acidity. German Branntweinessig is the same product. It is also sold at 10 %. Read the label, and dilute a 10 % vinegar with water before you use it at a 5 % rate. South African brown spirit vinegar has its own record. It holds caramel and is not a clear vinegar.
